They can go up to 50 miles per hour with the proper upgrades and last your whole life if you take care of it. I have one and it is really good. Depends on what kind of RC car you are looking for. Do you want Nitro or Electric? A good place to look online is www.towerhobbies.com. And what your idea of "cheap" is. Search for brand names like Traxxas, HPI, Associated, Losi, Kyosho and Tamiya. If you are looking for an on road car I would go with the Assocaited TC4. It's electric with a brushed motor and is pretty cheap but great quality. If you are looking at Nitro, a bit more expensive but more fun in my opinion, check out the HPI RS4 Evo. If you find one you like, go to YouTube and do a search on the one you like. You can watch some videos on how they run before you purchase it. You want to get a good hobby grade RC rather than wasting your money on something from Walmart or Radio Shack. MINI . How to Adjust the Rear Wiper Blade on a 2001 Chevy BlazerLike many contemporary vehicles, the 2001 Chevrolet Blazer has a rear windshield wiper for added visibility in the rain. Windshield wiper blades should be inspected at least two times a year for wear or cracking, and should be replaced immediately at any signs of damage. After being replaced, the wiper may need to be adjusted to the correct position. The entire process can be done with only a screwdriver. Difficulty:Easy Instructions Things You'll Need Phillips screwdriver Step by Step : 1 Locate the adjustment screw at the bottom of the wiper blade assembly. 2 Use the Phillips screwdriver to adjust the screw. Rotating the screw counter-clockwise causes the wiper to adjust to the left. Rotating the screw clockwise causes the wiper to adjust to the right. 3 Test the wiper arm to ensure it reaches the desired positions. When at rest, the arm should be horizontal. At its furthest position, the arm should be vertical. If it is not, turn off the wipers and adjust the arm again. Tips & Warnings Be gentle when moving or installing the blade assembly on the rear windshield as accidental bumping can cause the arm to fall back and damage the windshield. Never adjust the blade by pulling or pushing it to the desired position as that can ruin the wiper motor.
MINI . How to Troubleshoot Why Wiper Blades Won't WorkSince there is no single wiper blade that fits every car, there is no one exact method of troubleshooting when a wiper blade system is failing. There are, however, some general steps to try to help diagnose the reason why your wiper blades will not work. Some of the possible problems can originate under the hood of the vehicle, with the electrical components, or with the wiper arm or blade itself. Difficulty:Moderate Instructions Things You'll Need Socket wrench Step by Step : 1 Check your fuses if the wipers do not move at all. Consult your vehicle owner's manual for the location of the fuse box as well as a diagram indicating the location of the fuse that corresponds with the wipers. If you have a bad fuse, replace it and see if the wipers work again. If they still do not move, it could be a wiring or relay issue, which should be diagnosed by a professional mechanic. 2 Turn the car on and listen the wiper's motor. If you hear any noise coming from the motor or the wipers move erratically, it will likely have to be replaced or fixed. Other than noise coming from bad wipers rubbing against the windshield, most other noises can be attributed to the wiper motor or other components under the hood. 3 Check both wiper arms. This is the part that connects your wiper blade to the motor. If they are bent in any way, replace them. Replacement involves removing the cover at the base and removing them with a socket wrench. 4 Examine how the wiper blades are mounted on the wiper arm. Depending on type of connection, the blades may not be mounted properly. Lift the blade off the windshield and check to see if the mounting connection is loose. Examine the safety mechanism at the center of the wiper. This mechanism usually features either a button or a tab, and differs by brand and connection type. If the connection is loose, see if you can push it back into place. If you hear a click sound, then the mechanism is engaged and has secured the wiper to the arm. If you don't hear a click sound, the safety/release mechanism is likely broken; if so, replace the wiper blade. 5 Examine the wiper blade unit, which is attached to the arm, but is not part of the arm itself. If it is bent in any way, remove and replace the entire wiper blade. Bent wiper blade units will distort the actual rubber or silicone blade used to remove rain or snow from your windshield. 6 Check the rubber insert in the wiper blade. If it's worn down, it should be removed and replaced. In same cases, it is easier to just replace the whole blade unit. Tips & Warnings Have the car examined by a mechanic if the source of the problem is still hard to find. *have to be able to rotate a rear wheel or remove rear brake drums to inspect the brakes. In such a case, make sure that the front wheels are blocked securely, preferably with chocks designed for the purpose. (Chocks are available at a low cost at auto supply stores, and they stow neatly in the trunk.) 1 Q Part I: Getting Started. Once you've observed the safety precautions just listed, follow these steps: 1. If you're going to remove a wheel to change a tire or check your brakes, remove the hubcap (if there is one) and loosen the lug nuts before you jack up the car. Once the car is jacked up, the wheel will turn freely, which makes getting a hubcap off harder and makes starting the nuts almost impossible. Instructions for removing a hubcap and loosening lug nuts are in the next section, "How to Change a Tire." 119

Where you place your jack depends on whether you're planning to do a one-wheel job, such as tire changing or brake checking, or a two-wheel, whole-end repair job. To find out the proper place to position the jack for your particular vehicle, check your owner's manual. If you have no manual, ask the service department at your dealership to show you the proper place, or follow these rules: Never place the jack so that the weight of the vehicle rests on something that can bend, break, or give. If your manual is incomprehensible or lacks this kind of information, try to place the jack so that it touches either the car frame or the big bar that supports the front wheel suspension. You can also place jacks near the rear-wheel axle. Until you become more proficient at this, I'd stick to jacking up one wheel at a time. It may mean more work, but the practice is good for you. 3. lift the vehicle by using the jack. How you accomplish this depends on the type of jack you're using (see Figure 1-1): • If you have a hydraulic jack, place the handle into the appropriate location and pump up and down. Use nice, even strokes, taking the jack handle from its lowest to its highest point on each stroke to cut down on the labor involved. • If you have a tripod jack, turn the crank. MINI . If you have jack stands, place them under the car, near the place where the jack is touching the vehicle (see Figure 1-2). Raise the stands until they are high enough to just fit under, and lock them in place. Lower the jack until the car is resting on the jack stands. Then remove the jack. Substituting boxes, stones, or bricks for jack stands is very dangerous. They can slip out or break while you're under the car. A jack can do the same thing, so if you're going to work under your car (and you will if you plan to change your own oil and do your own lube jobs), be sure to buy a pair of jack stands.
